Dgw, לא. התבנית {{PD-US-not renewed}} אומרת שרישום זכויות היוצרים במשרד הרישום לא חודש. שים לב שגם אם אין הערת זכויות יוצרים קודמת שצריך לחדש אותה ({{PD-US-no notice}}) הרי שצריך לבדוק אם הרישום במשרד רישום זכויות היוצרים חודש. אפשר לבדוק למשל בקישורים הבאים:

כבר מחקתי את הודעתי עשר דקות אחרי שכתבתי אותה, אבל היא הוחזרה, והטקסט שכתבתי נמחק בקו.
התמונה של שלטי הבחירות הייתה בערך על הבחירות לכנסת העשרים וארבע בוויקיפדיה העברית, נמחקה משם על ידי משתמש אחר בנימוק שתמונה דומה לא מופיע בפסקה של אף מפלגה אחרת, אבל הוחזרה לערך על ידי משתמש שלישי שהוזהר בדף שיחתו יותר מפעם אחת, ויש בשיחת המשתמש שלו עוד אזהרות. לפיכך אין קשר לטענות שהועלו כאן, אחרי שכאמור מחקתי את דבריי אחרי עשר דקות, וכתבתי בתקציר העריכה שהרישיונות נראים לי תקינים. מה שכתבתי ונמחק היה:
"פסל גיבור ישראל אינו נהנה מחופש הפנורמה בישראל משום שהוא עובר ממקום למקום" – נכון.
"משום כך היוצר שלו צריך לחתום על אישור otrs" – נכון.
"החלופה היא דיון מחיקה על תמונות הפסל" – נכון.
בניגוד לנטען כאן, המשתמשת איננה מוזכרת בשום מקום בדבריי על הפסל.
מי שמבצע סטוקינג אחרי משתמשים, כולל מחיקת הודעות מתוכנות מסרים, הוא משתמש שאיננו Hanay, ומי שצריך לדעת – יודע.
פניתי אליך גם בעניין התמונה של אבו יאיר. חשבתי שהתמונה איננה מקורית, ואתה הוא שהעמיד אותי על העניין של חופש הפנורמה.

Nimrodbr, כאשר התמונה צולמה ברשות הרבים אז אין צורך. השאלה יכול להתעורר בתצלום של אדם מזוהה שצולם במקום פרטי או ליתר דיוק במקום בו יכולה להיות ציפיה לפרטיות. יש הסבר כאן באנגלית וגם בעברית. כדי לפתור את הבעיה אפשר לבקש Model release מהמצולם. הסכמה לכך שתמונתו תתפרסם. את ה-Model release תוכל לשלוח למערכת OTRS. ‏-- Geagea (talk) 08:05, 28 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nimrodbr אגב, נוהל העבודה בוויקישיתוף לא מוכוון מציאת קבצים כאלה. כיוון שאין בעיה בנושא זכויות יוצרים. אבל אם אדם שצולם במקום פרטי מבקש למחוק את תמונתו מהנימוק שמדובר בתמונה שלו שבה הוא מצולם במקום בו הייתה לו ציפיה לפרטיות, אזיי הנטייה היא למחוק. -- Geagea (talk) 09:12, 28 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

תוםדיגיטל, שני דברים. כאשר המצולם טוען לבעלות על זכויות היוצרים זה מחייב לשלוח אישור OTRS ההנחייה הטכנית בכל מקרה שבו המצולם הוא זה שהעלה את הקובץ צריך לשלוח אישור OTRS. שנית, בכל מקרה גם אם אתה בעל זכויות היוצרים יש חובה לייחס את היצירה ליוצר קרי, עליך לציין את שם הצלם גם אם אינו בעל זכויות היוצרים. -- Geagea (talk) 12:40, 9 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

How we will see unregistered users[edit]

Hi!

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.

If you have not seen it before, you can read more on Meta. If you want to make sure you don’t miss technical changes on the Wikimedia wikis, you can subscribe to the weekly technical newsletter.

We have two suggested ways this identity could work. We would appreciate your feedback on which way you think would work best for you and your wiki, now and in the future. Hi, I'm sorry, but your action to move more than 25k, only to add a left bracket "(", is in my opinion wrong and abuse of the file mover rights.
