Template:PD-because

This file is in the public domain because (no reason given!) This template must not be used to dedicate an uploader's own work to the public domain; CC0 should be used instead. Since Wikimedia Commons servers are located in the United States, if this template involves a non-U.S. jurisdiction it must be accompanied by a justification for free use that is valid in the U.S.

Adds tagged image pages to Category:PD other reasons (unless no reason is given, then it will categorize into Category:PD images without reason).
