Hi Ashish

Migrating to VPS or dedicated hosting will bring in some benefits like having your own IP, better security and speed that can indirectly affect SEO (in a positive way).

Thanks
Alex

Ashley hi

In general I am happy with bluehost too, they have a good service. I remember I was also sceptical about moving to a VPS (a few years back) but now its an easy choice. If you started getting traffic or if you believe in your website then the sooner you migrate to a VPS the better. As you mentioned its not only good for SEO but it also enhances the user experience which is equally important.

Thanks

I use Bluehost for the moment (and last 12 months) and have had not major issues. Only one day where they were notably down for a few hours. Which for the price of my hosting is not bad.
i have considered moving when my traffic gets up a bit higher. I think it will also help my SEO despite my load times being reasonable.
Most people have no idea that this makes such a difference not only to google and SEO but also to their customers who give up waiting for the site to load and leave
thanks for the post
ashley

Jason Hi

You are right, I didn’t know that but it seems like bluehost and hostgator are part of EIG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endurance_International_Group). That of course does not mean that they don’t have a good service especially for non demanding websites.

Thanks for commenting
